When will my order arrive?
All orders will be dispatched on working days within 24h.
Orders within the EU are dispatched using PostNL.
For orders outside the EU we use the services of FedEx.
Orders within the EU and USA usually take 2-5 days to arrive.
For orders outside the EU and USA the time of arrival depends on where you are located.
Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.
Can I change my delivery address?
For an alternate delivery address, click "Delivery address, if different " during the order process.
When you want to change your delivery adress after finishing. Please send us the correct adress within 12 hours by email to: email@example.com
What should I do if I do not receive my goods within the usual delivery timeframe?
Our goods normally arrive within 1-5 days after dispatch.
For orders outside the EU shipping can take longer.
You will always be provided with a track and trace number, so you can track your parcel.
If your order has not arrived, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you asap.
What do I do if I want to return my order?
We are happy to accept any item for exchange or refund within 14 days from receipt of goods, provided it has not been used/mishandled/opened.
Some products are packed in blisters. This gives you the opportunity to view the product without opening.
Eurohorns.com is not responsible for transport costs due to the return of goods.
If you feel that Eurohorns.com is responsible for sending faulty items, please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
We will gladly send you a replacement or make a refund upon arrival of the faulty items.
Please note that breakage due to your own doing, will not be replaced or refunded.
Do make sure to obtain a receipt from your post office as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

How do I pay for my order?
All payments for goods are made in Euro using; Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and iDeal. All payment for goods must be made in advance.
All payments by creditcard are secured by our payment provider Multisafepay.
Do I have to pay the VAT (21%)?
Yes, sorry we will have to charge you the 21% VAT
No, but please provide us with a valid EU VAT number during the order process.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EU
No, you will not have to pay our local EU VAT.
Please note that we ship: DAP (Delivered At Place).
This means that you may still have to pay your local custom taxes and VAT.
Are all items in stock?
We work with a NOS (Never Out of Stock) policy. This means that all products shown on our site are in stock and ready to be dispatched.
What if Eurohorns has sent me the wrong item?
If you do happen to get the wrong product; dont worry, just e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you asap during working hours (Monday till Friday) to assist you with your issue. Of course we will immediately send you the right product.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?
All orders are processed within 24 hours.
If you cancel or amend your order within these, we will be happy to assist you.
However; please do make sure you are happy with your order before placing it. If you require additional items, you can place a new order.
If you do receive any items you no longer require or that are incorrect, you can simply return them within 14 days from receipt of goods, provided it has not been opened or used, for an exchange or refund.

Is Eurohorns liable?
No, we do not accept any liability for damages, fines, jail-time, accidents due to the use of our products. You are responsible when installing and/or using our products.
In no event shall the directors, proprieters, agents or employees of our company be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
